NuPhase Records was conceived and birthed in the historic Washington, DC by Gary Seegers, CEO and President. Although DC is known for it’s politics Gary’s vision saw the undiscovered talent and decided to put DC on the Music Industries Map. Seeing DC as a diamond in the ruff, Gary started NuPhase Records with a multitude of talent, dedication, and determination to have the music industry recognize DC.
