Comment: Led by drummer extraordinaire Howard Franklin Jr., this entire stable of very talented musicians (including nationally reknown alto sax player Bruce Williams) and vocalists perform some of the best traditional jazz and blues music around. In the DC area,the revitalization of U Street Jazz has been a good to them, as Howard and crew peform on a regular basis at Bohemian Caverns, Twins Jazz, Cafe Nema and Cada Vez; and, in the New York city area Bruce and crew's regular venues include The Jazz Standard and Trumpets.
